How do I request a refund?

  3. Click on the ‘Request Refund’ option and specify whether you want a full or partial refund.
  4. Submit your request, and our team will review it.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
  • Refunds typically take 3 to 7 business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
  • If a refund is delayed beyond this period, please contact support.
