Delayed, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

We always aim for timely delivery, but in rare cases, delays may occur due to:

  • Bad weather conditions affecting transport.
  • High shipping demand, especially during peak seasons.
  • Courier service delays beyond our control.

What to Do If Your Order Is Delayed or Lost

  • Check the tracking-order page for any updates.
  • If your order has been delayed for more than 48 hours beyond the estimated time, contact support.
  • If your order is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it:
    • Check with your neighbors or security personnel.
    • Wait 24 hours, as some couriers pre-mark deliveries before actual arrival.
    • If the issue persists, reach out to support for further assistance.

Received the Wrong or Damaged Item?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product:

  • Take clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • Contact customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • We will assist you in getting a replacement or a refund.
