Shipping & Delivery Time

At OC Primes, we offer different shipping options based on your location and urgency of delivery. Below are our updated shipping times:

Standard Shipping (Nationwide): Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

Standard Shipping (Local Areas – Lagos & Nearby): Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.

Same-Day Delivery (Limited Locations): Available in select areas for orders placed before 10 AM.

International Shipping (Coming Soon): Not yet listed on our website, but if you need international delivery, contact support for assistance.

The exact shipping fee depends on your location and will be shown at checkout before making a payment.

To track your order, follow these steps:

Go to Your OC Primes Account:
- Log in and go to My Account > Orders.
- Click on the order you want to track to view your Order ID.
- Visit ocprimes.com/tracking-order and enter your Order ID along with the email address used for the order.
Understanding Your Order Status
Here’s what different order statuses mean:
- Pending Payment: Payment has not been received yet.
- On Hold: Your order is being verified before processing.
- Processing: Your order has been confirmed and is currently out for delivery.
- Out for Delivery: The courier is delivering your order.
- Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered.
- Failed: Your payment was unsuccessful, or the order was canceled.
