How to Request a Return

Return & Refund Policy

At OC Primes, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy ensures a smooth process.

  • 1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
    • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Certain items (e.g., lingerie, swimwear, and custom-made products) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and personalization reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Go to your account dashboard and navigate to the Orders section.
  2. Select the item you want to return and click Refund.
  3. Choose the reason for return and upload any necessary photos (if the item is defective or incorrect).
  4. Submit your request and wait for approval.
  5. Once approved, follow the return shipping instructions.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (or store credit if preferred).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you need a different size or color, you can request an exchange instead of a refund.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Items Not Eligible for Refunds

  • Sale & Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Any return requests made after the 7-day return window.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items? We’ve Got You!

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact OC Primes Support within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide a clear photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
