- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Certain items (e.g., lingerie, swimwear, and custom-made products) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and personalization reasons.
2. How to Request a Return
- Go to your account dashboard and navigate to the Orders section.
- Select the item you want to return and click Refund.
- Choose the reason for return and upload any necessary photos (if the item is defective or incorrect).
- Submit your request and wait for approval.
- Once approved, follow the return shipping instructions.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (or store credit if preferred).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

- If you need a different size or color, you can request an exchange instead of a refund.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Items Not Eligible for Refunds
- Sale & Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Any return requests made after the 7-day return window.

- If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact OC Primes Support within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide a clear photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
