How to Request a Price Match To request a price match, please contact our support team with the following details:
- A link to the competitor’s product page showing the lower price.
- Proof that the item is identical and in stock at the competitor’s store.
- Your order number if you have already made a purchase.
Our team will review your request and, if eligible, adjust the price accordingly or provide store credit for the difference.
Exclusions Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:
- Items sold by unauthorized retailers, auction sites, or resellers.
- Prices from membership clubs, wholesale retailers, or third-party marketplace sellers.
- Prices affected by promotional codes, seasonal sales, liquidation, or clearance events.
